For more than 150 years, there has been one mission and that is, to provide compassion, care, and support to seafarers around the world when they need it most. Mission to Seafarers supports over 1.5 million seafarers in 50 countries around the world.
Australian Council for the Mission to Seafarers
Australian Council for the Mission to Seafarers supports and encourages all Mission to Seafarers centres located around Australia, which are part of the global family and support network. The Council is guided by the Constitution and Canons of the Anglican Church of Australia.
The Council strives hard to promote throughout
its Australian seafaring centres an atmosphere of family, and a sense of service and solidarity in its maritime ministry.
